To season chicken dishes and fried sweet potatoes, with sheep’s cheese on flatbread or for grilling.
Ingredients: Cayenne pepper, turmeric, cardamom, cassia cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves. [may contain traces of CELERY and MUSTARD].

2 1/2 tbsp EDORA butter spice mixture
250g butter
1/2 onion, peeled and roughly chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, peeled and finely chopped
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
Preparation: Melt butter until it simmers gently. Add the spice mixture and possibly garlic and ginger. Simmer uncovered for 45 minutes. A milky liquid will form at the bottom of the pan. Once the butter is golden brown, it is ready. Salt to taste and let the butter cool. Place in a container with a lid and store in the refrigerator. Try this butter on steaks (instead of herb butter), on vegetables or just on bread.
