A coarse spice mixture without salt and without sugar that is aromatically slightly spicy and is now widely used in Creole cuisine. The hotter components such as the chili and onion harmonize well with the sesame seeds and celery root and thus offer a great balanced taste.
Jambalaya is ideal for a rice pan, but also very tasty for a fish or vegetable pan, salsa and paella.
