Sesame oil is obtained from the seeds of white and black sesame. The seeds are roasted, giving the oil an aromatic nutty flavor and a stimulating dark color. Do not use this liquid delicacy for cooking, but rather as a base for dressing, salsa or with cold dishes such as antipasti.
